Chief physician Stephan Martin says that people with type 2 diabetes are often prescribed insulin because doctors and health insurers make money from it. He recommends another form of treatment.
Diabetes can be reversible if the carbohydrates in the diet are reduced and more physical activity takes place at the same time.
